Help building .rpm of libvirt from fork

Hi, i'm a CS Student who is trying to build a full rpm of libvirt out of a fork <https://gitlab.com/filippo-ferrando/libvirt-sd> because i need to add a scheduler to the libvirt configuration. I successfully builded the source code but i cannot manage to build a working .rpm executable, i'm using a Alma9 machine, and the original .spec file from the build of the repo.
