[PATCH v1] tests: add capabilities for QEMU 10.0.0 on s390x

Let us introduce the xml and reply files for QEMU 10.0.0 on s390x. [PATCH 0/3] qemu: Replace usb-storage with usb-bot

usb-storage is a compound device that automatically creates a USB mass storage device and a SCSI device as its backend. Unfortunately it lacks some configuration options that are usually present with a SCSI device, and cannot represent CD-ROM in particular. Replace usb-storage with usb-bot, which can be combined with a manually created SCSI device. libvirt will configure the SCSI device in a way identical with how QEMU does for usb-storage except that now it respects a configuration option to represent CD-ROM. [PATCH] virbitmap: Change return type of virBitmapToData to void

This function return value is invariant since e59b8f9, so change its type and remove all dependent checks. Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with Svace. [PATCH] USB hostdev: allow addressing by port

From: Maximilian Martin <maximilian_martin(a)gmx.de> Currently, only vendor/product and bus/device matching are supported for USB host devices. Neither of these provide a stable and persistent way of assigning a guest a specific host device. Vendor/product can be ambiguous. Device numbers change on every enumeration. This patch adds a bus/port matching, which allows a specific port on the host to be specified using the dotted notation found in Linux's "devpath" sysfs attribute. The project's goal was to develop an out-of-process RDP server using the -display dbus interface, implemented in Rust. Given that the IronRDP crate lacked some server support at the time, investments in IronRDP were required. [PATCH] libxl_conf: Implement hyperv domain flags for Xen

Adds support for configuring <hyperv/> flags for domains running under Xen. The following flags, making use of QEMU's existing flags, are now configurable for Xen: vapic, synic, stimer, frequencies, tlbflush and ipi Tests have been added validating translation to libxl's [PATCH 0/3] ch: monitor daemonization, sync after reboot, and shutdown fixes

1. Run CH monitor as a daemon Made the monitor process daemonized to prevent VM termination if the CH driver crashes. Added pidfile for daemon's pid aquiring and tracking as well as its init. 2. Update domain info after reboot Fixed an issue where domain properties (e.g., serial console path) were not updated after VM reboot. Added VIR_CH_EVENT_VM_REBOOTED handling to keep the transient domain definition consistent. 3. Update VM shutdown event handler VM monitor was still up even if VM was shut off, which led to an inability to start the domain again. virsh # shutdown ch-test Domain 'ch-test' is being shutdown virsh # list Id Name State ------------------------------ 722117 ch-test shut off Ensured the CH monitor process terminates along with the VM shutdown (e.g., executed using virsh). [PATCH 1/5] virpci: Switch to an implementation using libpciaccess

The current virpci code uses the Linux-specific sysfs subsystem, which makes it impossible to use on other Unix-like systems. The libpciaccess library provides a cross-platform API for accessing the PCI bus. Employ it to make the code portable. This makes libpciaccess a non-optional dependency of libvirt.
