I've noticed that you seem to have removed the guide from the libvirt site - has it been moved somewhere else, or deleted entirely? Will it be reinstated at some point, or is this a permanent change?

We removed the published copy during recent cleanup as it was essentially unmaintained since first being written & we doubted its usefulness. If you think it was genuinely useful to you, then I'd be happy to bring it back.
