[libvirt] for initial review: updated doc for DHCPv6

I have taken a shot at updating the libvirt documentation for DHCPv6 support and am attaching the resulting patch. This is a sanity check and not a submission. I will submit the documentation patch when I submit the patches which actually do the work. Is there any other documentation I should be updating? Gene
