Ethernet interfaces in libvirt currently do not support bandwidth
setting.
For example, following xml file for an interface will not apply these
settings to corresponding qdiscs.

Hm. Now in libvirt 1.2.10 patch applied and compiled fine, but when
i'm try to run server i get error like:
