Just a quick note for future reference. When posting v2/v3/etc
versions of a patch series, we generally prefer them to be posted
as new top level threads, rather than setting In-reply-to against
the original posting. The reason is we've found people a more
likely to miss new postings when posted as replies, and it also
makes it clearer that the new posting is a self-contained series
