I think only if someone has modified the standard filters. Then
they would have to apply those modifications to the new set.
These have to be split into separate filters to support
multiple MAC and multiple IP addresses, or you'd need nMAC X nIP
rules to match all combinations. This way needs only nMAC + nIP.
