This proved to be because of this program flow: 1. virConnectNumOfDomains -> .. -> xenUnifiedNumOfDomains -> xenHypervisorNumOfDomains => 3 2. virConnectListDomains(max=3) -> .. -> xenUnifiedListDomains(max=3) -> xenStoreNumOfDomains(max=3) => { 0, 2, 7 }
