I want to clarify my intent here: management apps could certainly
include the -admin package among their dependencies, but even if all
of them did that wouldn't help admins who are debugging standalone
virtualization hosts. And the virt-admin binary is so tiny that it
just feels silly to have a separate package for it.
Don't forget to remove corresponding section from
docs/kbase/rpm-deployment.rst.
