Moved this slightly... It's now:

hostcpumap = virHostCPUGetOnlineBitmap();
cpumap = virProcessGetAffinity(vm->pid);
}
Since cpumap would only be useful in that virBitmapEqual comparison if
the HasBitmap returns true.
It's still Free'd in the } else { prior to refetching and setting all.
