You are able to tune blkio cgroup tunables by this command as follows.
Show tunables
#virsh blkiotune My_guest
weight         : 900
Tune tunables(Set IO weight)
#virsh blkiotune My_guest --weight 500
#virsh blkiotune My_guest
weight         : 500
