[libvirt] [PATCH 0/8] pending patch queue

All of these have been posted before (sometimes buried as replies in another thread), but I'm reposting to make it easier to get feedback in one place. My upcoming fd: migration v5 series was tested with all of these applied, and while I can probably rebase things to skip any or all of these patches, it would be nicer to get them in to 0.9.0.
