[libvirt] [PATCH 0/3 v2] Add lsi and virtio-scsi qemu caps

Add two capabilities flags for the model of scsi controller LSI and virtio-scsi. Use the lsilogic model by default, if current QEMU supports doesn't it, raise an error. When scsi model is given in XML explicitly, we try to check if the underlying QEMU supports it or not, raise an error on checking failure.
