Re: [libvirt] [PATCH] Cleanup some LIBADD and CFLAGS

Move libnl to libvirt_util.la, because macvtap.c requires it. Add GnuTLS to libvirt_driver.la, because libvirt.c calls gcrypt functions. When built without loadable driver modules, then the remote driver pulls in GnuTLS.
