[libvirt] [PATCH 0/2] V2 Modify generic ethernet interface so it will work when sVirt is enabled with qemu

Instead of creating a new library for the TAP functions and refactoring code to there I have only refactored the actual TAP creation in util/bridge.c. This simplifies the patch and achieves the same goal.
