[libvirt] [PATCH 0/4] conf: Invoke post-parse callbacks after parsing private XML

This will allow the qemu post-parse callbacks to access 'qemuCaps' which is stored in the status XML when we restore the status of VMs. It will become useful in cases when we need to decide whether storage authentication/encryption secret aliases will need to be regenerated.
