Re: [PATCH] gitlab: issue_template: Remove labelling commands

The commands only work for users who are members of the project and thus can set flags themselves. For non-members they are ignored, so there's isn't much value in having it here. Additionally in my recent upstream issue triage I've changed some of the labels so they were not accurate anyways.
