[libvirt] [PATCH 0/3] add virendian.h, and use it to kill xen cpumap issue

Not only does this solve the compiler warning on 32-bit machines, but it completely gets rid of what looks like bogus pointer aliasing, all while reducing the number of lines in xen_hypervisor.c.
