Coverity 5.3.0 still outputs lots of COVERITY_* variables, but no
longer modifies COVERITY_BUILD_COMMAND in the environment. Pick
one that seems likely to stay around.
* configure.ac (STATIC_ANALYSIS): Detect newer Coverity.
