[libvirt] [PATCH 0/2] syntax check: hanging braces

Another case where it is worth enforcing a common existing style, and documenting it in HACKING. Here, there were fewer offenders, so the series is not split in as many pieces. Obviously depends on my earlier series for if-else {} checks, as otherwise this will detect several 'else' as lacking a hanging brace.
