What's the scope of virtio-ilo? If it's anything like a real ILO it's
going to do a lot of not-very-related things, such as:
- pvpanic-type function
- watchdog-type function
- remote console / serial ports
- remote CD-ROM
- remote power switch
qemu already does nearly all of this ...
