[libvirt] [PATCH 0/2] macvtap/802.1Qbh fixes

The first patch generally improves performance when creating a lot of macvtap devices. It was inspired by Tony Krowiak's email back in November. The 2nd patch eliminates a bogus error when destroying a macvtap passthrough device that is using 802.1Qbh.
