Re: [libvirt] [PATCH] Be consistent with setlocale error handling

Take setlocale/gettext error handling pattern from tools/virsh-* and use it in all the other standalone binaries. The changes are * Ignore setlocale errors. virsh has done this forever, presumably for good reason.
