[libvirt] [PATCH 00/10] Core support for SPICE configuration

This wires up the core support for SPICE configuration and QXL graphics devices. It also introduces a syntax for setting password expiry times for VNC/SPICE servers, although this isn't yet supported in upstream QEMU.
