[libvirt] [PATCH] Fix potential use of undefined variable in remote dispatch code

Berrange" <berrange(a)redhat.com&gt; If an early dispatch check caused a jump to the 'cleanup' branch then virTypeParamsFree() would be called with an uninitialized 'nparams' variable.
