[libvirt] [PATCH v2 0/3] libxl: implement some chuncks of the NUMA interface

Hi everyone, This is take 2 of the series about introducing (some) NUMA support for the libxl driver. What was patch 2 in v1 has been already applied and so it's no longer part of the series. I think I addressed all the comments raised during v1 review (more details in the individual changelogs). Further comments are as usual welcome.
