Re: [libvirt] [PATCH] ALL_LINGUAS: remove "no", now that it's superseded by np.po

Without the first change below, "make distcheck" would fail due to the absence of po/no.po. But that file was deliberately removed, because np.po supersedes it.

However, there is no need to maintain that hard-coded list of .po files.
