If so, we may be running into a gnulib problem that might need some upstream work. Also, since you wrote your mail, I figured out how to get my F13 cross-build to mingw working, at least insofar as ./autobuild.sh sets things. If you are still having problems, then I can probably help compare how our two environments differ.
