[libvirt] [PATCH 00/10 v2] Cleanup: About header including

The public headers libvirt/libvirt.h, libvirt/virterror.h, libvirt/libvirt-qemu.h, and libvirt/libvirt-lxc.h shouldn't be included in internal source directly.
