[libvirt] [PATCH 0/2][1.2.17] qemu: fix address allocation on chardev hotplug

For bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1230039 Patch 1/2 fixes a regression in channel device hotplug which was introduced in the last release and I would like to get it fixed before the next one. Patch 2/2 is not that important, but still a bugfix.
