Assuming you can get a pointer to the xmlDomainPtr of the defined
but not running domain, then the entry point is domainCreate in the driver.
If the domain is not defined, then the entry point is domainCreateLinux
and it takes an XML descritpion in. The corresponding entry point in the
API are:
