[libvirt PATCH v4 0/3] Support SEV direct kernel boot

This is the left over pieces from the rest fo the previous SEV series. In this version I've changed the way we probe for capabilities and also changed the way we set the capabilities in the test suite so we don't rely on them being generated on an AMD SEV host.
