[PATCH 10/12] css: Fix styling of the "3 panel" pages
Use the same 'margin-bottom' bot for the normal and mobile layout fixing
one of the panels touching the footer.
Use same font size both for <h1> and <h2> used as the column titles as
rst2html5 based on version can generate either of them.
