[libvirt] [PATCH 0/2] Remove --enable-test-coverage, promote 'make coverage'

This is my follow up to my message here: https://www.redhat.com/archives/libvir-list/2019-February/msg01213.html This removes our custom ./configure --enable-test-coverage and 'make cov' targets in favor of gnulib's 'make coverage' which IMO is much simpler to use.
