Pause/resume events are not available for Xen, since it provides no

That looks like you have built your own custom libvirt binary with
the
default install prefix. If you do a custom build and want it to
interoperate with the installed system version, thenm make sure to
pass
--prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var
to the ./configure script
