This set of patches removes translation marks from log messages,
adds
missing translation marks to error messages and removes the virConnectPtr
parameter from all error reporting functions.
This series is large, but most of it was done by search and replace.

I pushed 17 of 30 patches that got a clean ACK. Mostly the
virConnectPtr removal patches. The remaining 13 patches need either a
v2 or some discussion.
