This implements the virConnectIsSecure, virConnectIsEncrypted, virDomainIsPersistent, virDomainIsActive, virNetworkIsActive, virNetworkIsPersistent, virStoragePoolIsActive, virStoragePoolIsPersistent, virInterfaceIsActive APIs in (nearly) all drivers.
