[libvirt] [PATCH v4 13/42] remote: remove useless $(LIBSOCKET) variable
GNULIB sets $(LIBSOCKET) on mingw to pull in the windows socket
APIs. This is trivially not required, since we don't build libvirtd
on mingw.
