(dist-hook): Depend on it. (EXTRA_DIST): Add ChangeLog-old. * bootstrap (modules): Add gitlog-to-changelog. * ChangeLog: Remove file. Renamed to... * ChangeLog-old: ...this. New file. * autogen.sh: Touch ChangeLog, to ensure it exists.
