[libvirt] [PATCHv2 0/3] Use virNodeGetCPUMap where appropriate

This series concludes the introduction of the virNodeGetCPUMap API by replacing calls to virNodeGetInfo used only for the purpose of computing the maximum number of node CPUs (which has the potential to yield the incorrect number).
