[libvirt] Release candidate 2 of libvirt-1.0.1

Okay rc2 is tagged in git and I made tarball and rpms available at ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/ this should fix the portability problem reported by Justin and hopefully we can push the final release on Monday, if there is no big problems reported with rc2, thanks !
