[libvirt] [PATCH 0/7] Couple of PR fixes and improvements

QEMU implemented event when pr-manager connects to/disconnects from pr-helper process. Also, it implemented query command to learn the pr-manager state on libvirtd restart. Whilst working on patches for this, I've noticed couple of other bugs too.
