[libvirt PATCH] gitlab-ci: Enable FreeBSD native builds

The runners have already been registered to the libvirt gitlab CI, we just need to enable building on them. Apart from adding respective CI job labels, the native job had to be tweaked so that the build dir inside the git repo is deleted before the build runs to always star with a clean environment, this results in a NOP on in the container workloads.
