[libvirt] [PATCH] nwfilter: Remove error report in virNWFilterDHCPSnoopEnd
Remove error reporting when calling the virNWFilterDHCPSnoopEnd
function with an interface for which no thread is snooping traffic.
Document the usage of this function.
