[Libvirt-cim] [PATCH 0 of 2] libcmpiutil-0.1 freeze

This set tags tip as release_0_1 and bumps the package version number to 0.2. If people are happy with calling tip 0.1, then I'll move forward with getting this into Fedora development. (NB: The tag patch doesn't convert properly, AFAIK, so I'll tag this in my main tree before actually pushing)
