This extends the default make_reference() function to set the proper ValueRole and ValueRange properties for the AC->RASD reference.

This is probably something I should have done when I wrote the sdc stuff in the first place, if I had only understood even remotely what make_reference() was supposed to do :-P. So thanks for picking up the slack there. +1 -- -Jay
