I just added ProcRASD support for LXC a week or so ago. It doesn't
support a VirtualQuantity, so perhaps it's not appropriate here, but
it does exist :)
Yep, this is an old patch. Instead of removing the ProcRASD, I need to
modify it so that we build the proper RASD for container's guests.
