This fails because that its provider doesn't registered successfully. Have you got any error when you make postinstall? There are still other test fail because of the same reason.
I'm not sure what the postinstall issue is here. I'm unable to reproduce it. However, it looks like only one provider isn't loading properly - that's the VirtualSystemSnapshotServiceCapabilities provider.
