[TEST] #3 Add new tc to verify the err values for RPCS DeleteResourceInPool()
Patch 3:

1) Included cleanup_pool_vol() of pool.py
2) Created a new dir pool
Patch 2:

1) Added exception to verify_rpcs_err_val() to catch exceptions
returned other than for DeleteResourceInPool()
2) Included get_sto_vol_rasd_for_pool() from pool.py
Tested with KVM and current sources on SLES11.
