Checking the capabilities and reserved of the resource pools is a good
idea, but I think it might be a better approach to put these checks in
ResourcePool/enum_01.py.
EAFP tests should be concerned with verifying that the pool returned by
the association is the pool we expected for the given device.
While the properties of the resource pool instance need to be valid, I
think checking these values clutters this test and makes it difficult to
read.
